The main part of my channel is the Photography Playlist.
I have a special interest in Micro Four Thirds system cameras, lenses and accessories because I find their particular blend of size, weight and image quality ideally suited to my needs.
I have a wide experience of the system now and this coupled with my 40 years as a professional newspaper, magazine and studio photographer gives me a practical insight into their use.

For sports and wildlife photographers Panasonic Leica's 200mm f/2.8 telephoto could be seen as a necessity. For the rest of us, it might seem a high price to pay for an extra stop of speed and an extra 50mm over the ubiquitous something to 300mm zooms. It

The Panasonic 50-200mm f/2.8-f/4 completes the line up of Panasonic's top quality hgh performance zooms. It oozes quality and has a price tag to match. And, pleasingly for Micro Four Thirds shooters, this lens and its 2 siblings, the 12-60 and 9-18mm are

The Panasonic GX9 is an ideal street camera with its rangefinder design, zippy performance and compact size. It brings Panasonic's popular GX7 right up to date with a 20Mp sensor and effective stabilization but is it a must have upgrade for GX80 or even G

It is big and it is clever - but does the BGG9 make sense? Taking stock of a battery grip for a camera that can both charge and operate from a USB source is't so simple. In association with ePHOTOzine - http://www.ephotozine.com/?utm_source=youtube&utm_me

Another macro lens for Micro Four Thirds - yawn! But is Olympus's 30mm macro boring?. Not so much. It has a couple of tricks up its sleeve, one of which is the 1:1.25 reproduction ratio. The other is a little less expected. In association with ePHOTOzine

It's wide, it's fast and it's tiny! Laowa's 7.5mm f/2 is a very credible addition to the ever expanding armoury of Micro Four Thirds lenses. Is it a credible buy instead of a native Micro Four Thirds wide-zoom? It's cheaper, that's for sure. But does the
